Welcome to Parose. These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made through the Parose website, booking engine and other official booking channels.
By making a reservation with Parose, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Parose
Parose Suites Santa Maria is operated by ΚΑΤΣΙΠΗΣ ΝΕΚΤΑΡΙΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΙΑ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΑΚΕΣ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΕΙΣ ΕΕ, with registered address at:

Parose offers a collection of suites and accommodation units in Santa Maria, Paros. Accommodation descriptions, facilities, photographs and other information presented on the website are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to availability.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made through the official Parose website, through our online booking system or through other authorised booking channels.
A reservation is considered confirmed once the booking process has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.
The guest is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the reservation process is accurate, complete and up to date.
The person making the reservation is also responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Accommodation & Facilities
Each accommodation has its own characteristics, maximum occupancy, layout and facilities, as indicated on the relevant accommodation page and during the booking process.
Some accommodations offer private outdoor jacuzzis. These are available only in the units where they are specifically indicated.
All accommodations offer views of the Aegean Sea and private outdoor spaces.
Parose provides an à la carte breakfast. Availability and operating times may vary depending on the season and operational conditions.
The information presented on the website is intended to accurately describe the accommodation and its facilities. Parose reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary for operational, maintenance or safety reasons.
4. Rates & Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are subject to the booking conditions applicable to the selected rate.
Payment, pre-payment and deposit requirements, where applicable, are determined by the selected rate and are displayed during the reservation process.
Any additional services or charges not included in the selected rate will be payable separately.
Where payment is processed through the online booking system, payment information may be handled by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with the applicable privacy and security policies.
5. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation and no-show conditions vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.
The applicable cancellation policy, payment requirements and any cancellation charges are displayed during the booking process and form part of the specific reservation conditions.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the applicable amount will be charged in accordance with the conditions of the selected rate.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out information will be provided as part of the reservation details or communicated to the guest prior to arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Additional charges may apply where applicable.
Guests may be required to present valid identification documents upon arrival, in accordance with applicable Greek legislation.
7. Number of Guests & Occupancy
Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy, which is stated in its description and during the booking process.
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests included in the reservation, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with Parose in advance.
Any change to the number of guests should be communicated to Parose before arrival.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout their stay.
Parose is located in a peaceful area of Santa Maria, and guests are requested to respect the tranquillity of the property, neighbouring properties and other guests.
Parties, events and activities that may disturb other guests or the surrounding area are not permitted without prior approval from Parose.
Parose reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of serious or repeated misconduct.
9. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their accommodation and all furniture, equipment and facilities provided during their stay.
Any damage, loss or breakage caused by a guest or a member of their party may result in a corresponding charge.
Guests may also be charged for extraordinary cleaning required as a result of inappropriate use of the accommodation.
10. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool located within the wider complex does not form part of the Parose accommodation facilities and is not available for use by Parose guests.
Access to or use of the swimming pool is prohibited.
Any unauthorised access to or use of the swimming pool is undertaken entirely at the guest’s own risk and responsibility.
11. Private Jacuzzis
Private outdoor jacuzzis are available only in selected accommodations, as specifically indicated on the relevant accommodation page.
Guests are required to follow any safety and usage instructions provided by Parose.
Guests are responsible for using the jacuzzi safely and appropriately.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using or being near a jacuzzi.
12. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.
Guests are requested to respect any applicable smoking restrictions in outdoor and shared areas.
Any additional cleaning or damage resulting from smoking inside an accommodation may incur an additional charge.
13. Beach Access
Parose is located just a few steps from a quiet sandy beach.
The beach is public and is not privately owned or operated by Parose. Access to and use of the beach is subject to local conditions and applicable regulations.
Parose is not responsible for conditions, services or facilities provided at the beach.
14. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay.
Parose cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the accommodation or elsewhere on the property.
Guests are advised to take appropriate care of valuables and personal possessions.
15. Availability of Services & Exceptional Circumstances
While Parose makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the facilities and services described on the website are available, certain services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, safety requirements, weather conditions, seasonal operation or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Parose.
Parose reserves the right to make reasonable changes to facilities or services when necessary.
In the unlikely event that the reserved accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Parose, the property will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative solution.
16. Website Content
All content appearing on the Parose website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements and other materials, is intended to provide information about Parose and its services.
Unless otherwise stated, such content is the property of Parose or is used with permission and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Parose makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on the website is accurate and up to date. However, minor differences between photographs, descriptions and the actual accommodation may occur.
17. Privacy
Personal data provided during the reservation process or through the Parose website is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

The online booking system is operated through WebHotelier, which processes personal data on behalf of the accommodation provider in accordance with the applicable data protection framework.
With your consent, Parose may use your email address to send you newsletters, promotional messages, special offers, seasonal updates and other marketing communications relating to Parose and its services.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, the information you provide is processed for the purpose of managing your subscription and sending the requested communications.
We use Mailchimp as our email marketing service provider. Mailchimp may process personal data on our behalf for the delivery and management of newsletter communications and, depending on the configuration of the service, may process information relating to interactions with our emails, such as whether an email has been opened or links have been clicked.
Marketing communications are sent where we have the appropriate legal basis to do so, including your consent where consent is required.
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.
Your decision not to receive marketing communications does not affect your ability to make a reservation or use the services of Parose.

The Parose website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure its proper operation, improve functionality, analyse website usage and, where applicable, support marketing activities.

19. Changes to These Terms
Parose reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The version applicable to a reservation is the version in force at the time the reservation is made, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The latest version will always be made available on the official Parose website.
20. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or a stay at Parose shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable Greek law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
